          Indications - Treatment of infections caused by susceptible organisms especially Staph eg, osteomyelitis, septicaemia, endocarditis, superinfected cystic fibrosis, pneumonia, skin & soft tissue infections, surgical & traumatic wound infections.

          Dosage & Administration - Adult: 250-500 mg every 8 hourly Skin & soft tissue infection: 250 mg twice daily.

          Side Effects - GI disturbances eg, dyspepsia, nausea, vomiting, epigastric pain, anorexia; jaundice & change of liver function.

          Contraindications - Hypersensitivity
